Where do you ship to?
Currently we are shipping to Australia only.
Can you do customised orders?
Yes we can, simply send us an email at scentsbyjs2021@gmail.com and we can discuss your order.
How long does it take to dispatch an order?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Customised orders may take longer. Please note parcels are currently taking longer than usual.
What payments do you take?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Note that all prices on our site are listed in AUD.
My candle looks weird, have I done something wrong?
Soy wax can naturally frost, have wet spots or miner imperfections, this is normal and wont affect your candle.

Hi everyone, my name is Jessica and I am the founder of ScentsbyJS.
After having to work from home, in 2021 decided I've love to open a business doing something that I love, with something that I use every day. With the help of my mum we started thinking and created candles which we hope you will all love.
